Meeting Policies

The location and dates of the World Congress shall be determined by the Executive Council upon the recommendation of the President-Elect. The meetings of the Society shall be held on a regular basis every eighteen (18) to twenty-four (24) months.

Duration of meetings. The scientific session shall last three (3) days; however, the Executive Council shall have the authority to adjust the duration of a meeting according to determined requirements.
