The North American Chapter of the ISSVD offers a unique opportunity for collaboration of providers in the US, Canada and Mexico. Your annual $50 Membership dues offers access to our membership directory, document library, listserve, newsletters, etc. We also host quarterly Grand Rounds/Journal Club virtually.
The North American chapter’s goals are to educate providers and offer support to its members. The North American Chapter offers educational courses approximately twice annually and has a Biennial Scientific meeting in which abstracts are presented and new officers are elected. The Society is managed by the executive director of the ISSVD, Debbie Roepe. She may be contacted at issvd@issvd.org.
Membership in the North American Chapter is not inclusive of membership in the ISSVD, they are two separate memberships. You may join either society or both.

History of the North American Chapter
The North American Chapter of the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease held its first organizational meeting in Houston, Texas on March 15, 2009 in conjunction with the 19th Biennial Conference on Diseases of the Vulva and Vagina. The International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease approved the charter for the North American Chapter on September 17, 2009 at the XX World Congress in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The second meeting of the NA Chapter was held in conjunction with the 20th Biennial Conference on Diseases of the Vulva and Vagina, held in Chicago, IL in October 2010.
