ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE POLICY

• The Scientific Committee encourages the submissions of original research for abstract presentations. Only abstracts submitted in English will be reviewed.
• All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
• Abstracts must not exceed 250 words (excluding the title, authors, and affiliations) with up to three images, graphs, etc.
• Disclosure of financial relationships that the author(s) may have with the manufacturer/supplier of any commercial products or services, should be indicated in the submission.
• Commercial presentations are not permitted. Sponsored Symposia are available.
• Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants for the live program.
• Membership is not a requirement for submission. Although, membership offers many benefits.

The Scientific Program includes evidence based scientific sessions designed to improve patient outcomes. CME has been applied for.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

These two courses bring the world's greatest researchers and practitioners of vulvar disease together – allowing you to connect, collaborate, and share with your colleagues.

The International Vulvovaginal Disease Update is an educational course with a series of lectures taught by the world's leading experts in vulvar disease. This course is suited to practitioners of all levels of expertise. There are no social events associated with the International Update.

The World Congress is a three day scientific event which includes updates to the most important advances in vulvar education, as well as, research presentations by our member's and candidates for Fellowship.

Please review the information about the social event and be sure to purchase your ticket and any guest tickets you may want to include as this is likely to sell out due to the small venue size. If you have a guest, please be sure to purchase a ticket for your guest and select the same boat time. The social event will be held on Monday, July 13th from 7pm-10pm and is only open to registrants of the World Congress and their guest. Social Program
